About Donald Marsden

I’ve been married for 35 years to one woman named Laurie. We have three grown children who, like us, are doing their best to follow Jesus. That’s not because we’ve done everything right. We’ve done a lot wrong. But God is always faithful and he redeems even many of our mistakes. I’ve also been a pastor and a mission worker for 35 years.

During all these years

I’ve been involved in ministry with children. Now I’m a grandfather and I can see that there is no institution or group of people that shapes a child more than the family. If we want our children to be followers of Jesus, to serve Jesus wherever they go in the world, then the family is the place to go to work.

What We’re About

In Me and My House in Mission we strive to raise a banner to rally people around the mission of the family and to help families find what they need to move ahead in God’s mission.
